The Coppice

South Croydon sits at London's edge where the suburbs give way to Surrey's green belt. Purley Downs Golf Club is nearby for those who play, woodland and open country are within reach for walks, and the town itself has local shops, cafés and restaurants. A pub is within a mile. Yet the capital is easily accessible by transport for days spent in the centre—museums, theatres, markets, whatever takes your interest.

The Coppice is a three-bedroom semi-detached house sleeping six. Downstairs there is a living room with a smart TV looking onto the front garden, and a kitchen-dining room with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and air fryer, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a super-kingsize bed and ensuite containing a bath, separate walk-in shower and heated towel rail; another with a kingsize bed; and a third with a double. A shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail serves the other two bedrooms. Outside, a back garden has a patio and seating area; there is private parking for two cars on the gated driveway. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking inside. A travel cot and highchair are available for those with small children.
