The ground floor spreads across a generous L-shaped living and dining space with a wood burner, opening via French doors onto the rear garden—a sheltered patio area with mature apple trees and seating.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and washer-dryer, so you can manage meals and laundry without fuss. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard; logs for the burner are provided. A parking permit for one car is included, with a public car park nearby if needed. Dogs are welcome to use the enclosed garden.

With a pub within a mile and the town's independent shops, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep, you have everything from quick meals out to proper evenings without cooking. The Lake District's fell walks and water activities are a short drive away.
