Cockermouth sits on the fringe of the Lake District, two and a half miles from Brigham Holiday Park where Graylings Rest occupies an end plot. The lodge is detached, set back with decking on both sides and a private outlook towards woodland and a small pond. An outdoor seating area faces the gardens; there is parking for two cars on site.
Inside, everything is on one level. The open-plan living area has a smart TV and electric fire. The kitchen is fitted for cooking and has a breakfast space. One bedroom contains a kingsize bed with an ensuite bathroom; the other has two single beds served by a shower room. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and utilities are included. The park is quiet and well-maintained, making it a straightforward base for exploring the coast or the national park without the noise of busier towns.

Private caravan park. Bookings available through major holiday companies. We had a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom caravan/lodge. Very much home from home, super comfy beds, lovely bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen with good appliances and an air fryer, everything you could want for a self catering holiday. Great location plenty of places to visit within a half hour drive or less. Definitely recommend

Actually a park home, master bedroom suite fine, second bedroom very small, better for children rather than adults. Lounge great, hospitality great. If I was to come in that direction again. Perfect for 2+2.

Great holiday part with lovely modern caravans, quite local to the beautiful lakes, Buttermere, crummock etc. Nice & quiet here with friendly people. Have stayed in this caravan park on a couple of occasions and its perfect for what we look for when staying in the lake district.

Been a caravan owner on brigham holiday park for 8 years and just recently sold my caravan back to the Nelson family and got a really good price for my caravan , I would like to say over the 8years owning caravan on site I've experienced no problems at all and the owners of the park have been fantastic always there for you if you need anything , the park has had two wardens over the 8years of my time on the park and I found them both very friendly and very professional at there jobs .if in the future I decide on buying another caravan I wudnt look anywhere else than brigham holiday park and I must say the local club boozer is a must place to visit and meet really friendly people . Thank you the Nelson family for happy memories.
