Tranquillity is a two-bedroom detached lodge at Brigham Holiday Park, near Cockermouth in Cumberland. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living and dining space with Freeview TV, a kitchen with gas oven, hob and microwave, a bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite toilet, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The shower room has a cubicle shower and heated towel rail. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Outside there is decking with seating, and parking for one car on site.
The lodge sits within a quiet holiday park that makes a practical base for exploring the area. Cockermouth town centre is a short drive away, with shops, cafes and restaurants; Wordsworth House and Jennings Brewery are among the attractions there. The location puts you within reach of walks and scenery across the Northern Lakes and west Cumbria, and Keswick is about 25 minutes' drive. Great Broughton village, roughly a mile away, has several pubs and a shop. The property does not permit smoking.

Private caravan park. Bookings available through major holiday companies. We had a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom caravan/lodge. Very much home from home, super comfy beds, lovely bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen with good appliances and an air fryer, everything you could want for a self catering holiday. Great location plenty of places to visit within a half hour drive or less. Definitely recommend

Actually a park home, master bedroom suite fine, second bedroom very small, better for children rather than adults. Lounge great, hospitality great. If I was to come in that direction again. Perfect for 2+2.

Great holiday part with lovely modern caravans, quite local to the beautiful lakes, Buttermere, crummock etc. Nice & quiet here with friendly people. Have stayed in this caravan park on a couple of occasions and its perfect for what we look for when staying in the lake district.

Been a caravan owner on brigham holiday park for 8 years and just recently sold my caravan back to the Nelson family and got a really good price for my caravan , I would like to say over the 8years owning caravan on site I've experienced no problems at all and the owners of the park have been fantastic always there for you if you need anything , the park has had two wardens over the 8years of my time on the park and I found them both very friendly and very professional at there jobs .if in the future I decide on buying another caravan I wudnt look anywhere else than brigham holiday park and I must say the local club boozer is a must place to visit and meet really friendly people . Thank you the Nelson family for happy memories.
