Harbour Watch

Harbour Watch is a ground-floor apartment in a harbourside development at Maryport, on the northwest Cumbrian coast. The entire space is yours, laid out on one level: a combined living and dining area that looks out towards the water, a kitchen for self-catering, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), and a bathroom with both bath and shower. An electric fire provides warmth alongside gas central heating.

The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine, so you can manage a week's cooking and laundry without thinking twice. Electricity, wi-fi and all bed linen and towels are covered. There is parking for one car on site, and access to shared grounds with garden furniture. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Maryport town centre is a five-minute walk away, with shops, pubs, restaurants and independent cafés. The harbour itself—visible from your window—is steps away; when the tide is in, boats fill the water. Just across the road is the Wave Centre, with climbing and gym facilities. The property suits couples or small groups looking to be within reach of the coast without being isolated, and is also close enough to Lake District attractions for a wider exploration of Cumbria. Children under 12 are not accommodated. There are steps in the communal grounds.
