Lake View Cottage

New Mills Trout Fishing Park offers fly fishing on-site, with rainbow, tiger, blue and brown trout, plus a fun fishing pond for beginners where tuition and equipment are provided. The park also has a cafe, tackle shop, giant games, and summer pond dipping. Lake View Cottage sits within these grounds, giving you direct access to all of it—though fishing and activities cost extra and need booking ahead.

The cottage has two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a zip and link bed that can be configured as a superking or two singles. Upstairs is a shower room and an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space and a sitting area with TV and electric fire. You get wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge, so you can cook proper meals. There's also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, a small patio faces the fishery, and a private hot tub for five sits in the garden. The 5-acre grounds have a children's play area (shared with the public), and you can park two cars on site. One dog stays free. The property is no smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
