You enter The Old Vicarage into a ground floor laid out for living and cooking together. The kitchen and dining room flow as one space, fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. A sitting room with a wood burner and bay window sits separate. Upstairs, three bedrooms accommodate six people: a king bed, two singles, and a bunk bed suitable for children. The shower room has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are provided, along with initial wood for the burners through the colder months.
The hamlet location puts you within reach of both the northern Lake District Fells and the Cumbrian coast. Wigton town centre, three miles away, has shops, pubs and restaurants. A lawn garden to the rear comes with a patio and seating. One dog stays free. Two small cars can park on site; additional spaces are available on the road. No smoking inside. A highchair and stairgate are available if needed.
