Waverton Hall Cottage comes ready to use. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, along with fuel for the electric wood burner. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking—oven, hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine are there. A woodburner warms the living room, and the conservatory gives you a quieter space to settle into. Two cars can park on site, and the enclosed garden with patio and barbecue is secure enough for dogs to roam safely.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds the living room, kitchen-diner and conservatory. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a super king bed, one with bunks—and a bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. The cottage sleeps four and welcomes one pet at no extra cost. It sits on a working farm near Wigton, a few miles from Coppins Garage, so you get a genuine rural setting. No smoking inside. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
