About Newbiggin Farm Certificated Site

Newbiggin Farm Certificated Site is a small campsite at Newbiggin Farm near Millom in south Cumbria. As a certificated site, it operates under the Camping and Caravanning Club scheme, which limits numbers and enforces quiet hours. The site has shower facilities on-site.

Being a certificated site means pitches tend to be more spacious than on larger commercial parks, with a more subdued atmosphere. The location puts you within reach of the Cumbrian coast and the Lake District fells, though the site itself is on working farmland away from the immediate tourist bustle.

Very quiet campsite. Basic facilities. Lovely views across the estuary. Quaint old church at waberthwaite hall, the butchers and post office within walking distance.

What an amazing place! I almost don't want to leave a review to keep it to myself. 🤣. Panoramic views, birdsong, mooing, peace and tranquility alongside a working farm. Bring 20p's for the shower or ask when you arrive. Planned on a one night stay, but the dog, toddler and us where enjoying it too much to leave. We'll see windamere next time. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂. Photos don't do it justice.
