A beautiful site, clean and tidy, facilities are great, plenty of hot water, and super clean, pitches are a little narrow (wide awning) a very warm welcome from the managers, told where everything was. A short walk to the sea front, lovely walks from the site, my dog loved it. The railway is a short walk, worth a ride. Its really worth a stay.

A nice quiet site with 6 star facilities and club staff. A great day out on the miniature railway just 5 minutes away. 3 good pubs that serve food ..... recommend the Inn at Ravenglass. An hours walk to Muncaster Castle for a good day out. A site on our list of returns one day.

immaculate site. shady pitches and brilliant location. very helpful people running the place too. my one gripe is freezer use. it was difficult, and rather expensive, to freeze chiller packs for our food,. one cloud on an otherwise grand visit

A warm welcome at this site. The site and facilities are immaculately kept. I personally loved the fact that we were opposite the field where all the sheep and lambs were. The site is extremely quiet and peaceful. The site is conveniently located near the Ravenglass Eskdale Railway and Muncaster Castle (both walking distance). I would highly recommend a trip via the steam train to Dalesgarth; the scenery was stunning both enroute and walking around Dalesgarth Fells. There is very little in the village, however, we really enjoyed cycling along the beach and to the Roman Bath ruins (both very accessible from the site). We ate at the Pennington Hotel and the food was very plentiful and a very warm welcome. Everybody we met in Ravenglass was very friendly. I would highly recommend a visit here 🤩
