Lovely play area with fantastic cafe and toilet facilities. Lovely walk around the lake too with plenty of birds to see. You can buy bird feed in the Cafe too for the kids to feed the ducks and geese. Some swans nesting during our visit and a few coots and moor hens to see too. Great way to spend a few hours and free parking too.

This is an extremely popular park and has lots of activities for children. It also has the lake which people love to walk around and simply sit on one of the benches to enjoy their surroundings. There are ducks and swans, amongst other birds and the lake is well established. Licensed fishing is permitted and those that fish are very respectful of the lake and the wildlife. There is a cafe which has a small area to sit inside and there are public toilets, which are ancient and need updating. The car park is probably a 500 metre walk from the park so please be aware of this.
