What visitors say
Fabulous and quiet little site on the outskirts of Boosbeck and Lingdale. We were in a motorhome and the owners kindly allowed us to put it at the side of the house which was gravel and more level. Lovely clean toilets and shower. Grassed area is also well looked after although slightly undulating in parts and chocks are needed, these are available in site too. Owners extremely friendly and helpful with a great knowledge of the surrounding area. We had to get about on the local bus services but that just added to the experience for us. There is a hill from the bus stop to the site but if you get a nice driver they may drop you off at the top if you ask nicely 😉 Highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting or passing through on your travels. We would definitely come again.

Arrived at Cherry Tree house to a very warm & friendly welcome by the owner. The site has 8 pitches & as has been mentioned in other reviews, some are sloping. There are ramps available around the site for you to use. We had pitch 8 & managed to find a flat spot so didn’t need ours. The facilities are lovely & clearly are well cared for with lots of attention to detail. The shower room has a £1 honesty box. The site is perfect for a one night stopover on your way North (or South) but hasn’t much in the immediate vicinity. Saltburn is a short drive, a bike ride or a long walk away. We had mountain bikes and did a lovely mainly off road route into Saltburn. Be aware that the local pubs finish serving food at 5 / 6pm on a Sunday - which is when we arrived.

A very pleasant place to stop for 3 nights. Buses are near and we used them twice. Also walked the Cleveland Way to Saltburn. Very pleasant. The site was clean and well kept. There was a shower and toilets too. Bought some free range eggs and the yolks were very yellow and the eggs delicious. The owner was lovely and very approachable. She wished us a pleasant onward journey. Woukd recommend to anyone else and would stop again.

This was a lovely site,it is personal land so it is important to be respectful but they are dog friendly and the owners were lovely. The pitches are quite sloped so you need levellers but brilliant clean facilities, well maintained property. Thank you! Definitely would stay here again.
