Bryn Rodyn
Denbighshire
Bryn Rodyn is a detached bungalow in Graigfechan, a village in the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The whole property is single-storey, reached by six steps to the entrance. Inside are two bedrooms (one king, one with two singles), a shower room, and an open-plan living and kitchen-dining space. Both bedrooms have a television; the living room has a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped to cook proper meals—oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave all included. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered in the rental.
Outside, a lawned terraced garden has seating and a barbecue, with bike storage on site and parking for four cars. One dog can stay free. There is a pub within a mile. Ruthin, a historic market town with castle, church and a former jail, lies three miles away. The location suits anyone wanting to walk or cycle: Offa's Dyke trail is accessible from the village, and country parks including Loggerheads are within reasonable reach. Chester and Liverpool are under an hour's drive, and beaches at Rhyl and Prestatyn are forty-five minutes away. No smoking indoors.
