What visitors say
A peaceful and tranquil site with amazing views over uninterrupted countryside! Toilets and showers: a very modern space with good facilities. Showers provide powerful hot water within a large purposeful cubicle. Grounds: The site is highly maintained with generous pitch spaces. The pitches are spaced well and are angled so you don’t feel overlooked. Our dog loved having his own special exercise field which we always found to be clean and respected by other dog owners. The onsite restaurant is one of the busiest eateries we have seen; throughout the day the car park was always full but this doesn’t impact any on the campsite as it’s out of sight but still within very easy access. The restaurant is very attractive with some very special food on offer. The owners: They will do anything for you and are very friendly and polite but at the same time, you don’t see them unless they are doing their maintenance which is how it should be. This is a very special place which, without any doubt we shall return.

Having visited several times, this is a wonderfully located, peaceful campsite. The cafe is fantastic and does excellent food, there's a very nice covered outdoor section if anyone has dogs. The campsite is immaculate and has stunning views across the Clwydian hills. Toilet and shower facilities are fantastic and are befitting of a hotel rather than a campsite. Would strongly recommend

We’ve been to the cafe three times now after randomly spotting it on the side of the road. The cafe and the whole site is gorgeous with such a great atmosphere. There’s a great little food shop in the corner with some great Welsh products. The staff are so friendly and attentive and the food is really good, especially the flat breads! Highly recommend.
