Y Stabl is one of four cottages created from former farm buildings on a working sheep and cattle farm near Llangollen, in the valley of the Llangollen canal. The conversion has left the character of the original structure intact while adding proper modern comfort: three bedrooms and three bathrooms across two floors, with space for six guests. The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining area plus kitchen; upstairs are two further bedrooms. A kingsize bed in the main bedroom opens onto a patio, while the other two rooms hold a double and two singles respectively.
The kitchen is equipped for real cooking—electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine are all there. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The property's own enclosed garden has furniture and, most notably, a six-person hot tub. There is private parking for three cars.
This corner of Denbighshire suits people who want outdoor activity: white water rafting, mountain biking, canoeing and walking are all close by, and the town of Llangollen itself—with its shops, restaurants and canal boat trips—is nearby. The setting is rural and working; smoking is not permitted. Check-in is after 17:00 and checkout before 09:00.

Farm cottages next to a working farm. Beautiful countryside around, cottages with hot tubs finished to a high standard, with everything you could want. Hosts live in the farmhouse and are extremely helpful. Cottages have Wi-Fi and tvs, you are half an hour by car from Chester and less to Wrexham. Also a half hour walk to Pontyscyllte aqueduct, along the Shropshire Union canal. Wonderful accommodation.

Fab property and perfect for a family weekend. 6 x bedrooms all en suite, huge family room/kitchen and a hot tub. Pleasant walk into Llangollen along the canal towpath. Perfect in all weather's! Thank you Ruth for your welcome. We will be back!

Absolutely brilliant! Gorgeous surroundings - friendly owners - lovely house. Spacious. Lovely bedrooms. Comfy beds. Robes/towels are lovely. All my friends LOVED our stay. Highly Highly recommended

An impressive property with the Wow factor! Light, spacious, warm and clean with ample parking. Each bedroom has en suite facilities with ample towels and bathrobe provided. Hot tub with coloured lighting was an enormous hit! Owners extremely friendly and helpful. A short drive from Llangollen. Dark skies at night provided opportunity for star-gazers. An ideal house for our family break-thank you.
