Cherry Tree Corner is a single-storey bungalow in Ashbourne, on the edge of the Derbyshire Dales. Everything is on the ground floor: two bedrooms (one double, one with singles), a shower room, living space with a wood-effect stove, and a kitchen with a full set of appliances including a dishwasher. The property sleeps four and welcomes one dog free of charge. One pet dog can stay at no extra cost.
The working parts are well thought through. There's a utility room off the garage with a washing machine, tumble dryer and—notably—a dog bath and shampoo station, useful if you arrive back from muddy walks. The rear garden has seating and a barbecue. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all provided. Parking on site fits three cars, and there's a bike store. No smoking inside.
Ashbourne town centre is walkable from the property. A pub sits within a mile. The location works as a base for exploring the Peak District or as a straightforward family break; the combination of a double and two singles suits flexible groups.
