Lindum Cottage is a traditional stone building in Monyash, a village at the heart of the Derbyshire Dales with a pub, café and duck pond. The cottage has character typical of its setting—the living room centres on a woodburner, and traditional finishes run through the older part of the property. You get a double bedroom and a twin upstairs, with a walk-in shower room between them, while downstairs are a kitchen with electric cooking, a comfortable living space and a conservatory that opens onto a private enclosed garden.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, and there's a woodburner for winter evenings. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included; one pet stays free. Monyash sits roughly 5 miles from Bakewell and 9 miles from Buxton, putting you within reach of the High Peak Trail for walks, or a short drive to Chatsworth. Castleton's caves and the independent shops of Bakewell and Ashbourne are all accessible. Families with young children will find a travel cot and highchair available. The cottage is non-smoking, and parking is on road.
