Tick Tock Cottage works well for a couple of families or a group of friends who want their own space but somewhere to gather. The two bedrooms each have a zip-and-link bed that can stay as a super king or split into twins, and there's one bathroom with both bath and shower. Downstairs, the open-plan living and kitchen area has a dining table for four, a Smart TV, and proper cooking facilities including a dishwasher and separate freezer. A utility room with washing machine means you can manage a week's laundry without thinking about it.
Outside, you have a private courtyard with seating and a barbecue, plus use of further garden space. The garage offers bike storage if you're planning to explore the Peak District on two wheels. There's parking for three cars on site. Baslow itself has a pub and restaurant within reach, plus a shop for basics. The cottage does not allow smoking.
Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included. A highchair is available if you need one. The village sits close to some of Derbyshire's best walking country, and Chatsworth House is nearby for a family day out.

Another great holiday staying at Tick Tock Cottage. The cottage is very clean and comfortable. It's in a lovely village with walks from the doorstep and Chatsworth House/estate within walking distance. Ideally located to explore the beautiful Peak District. We look forward to our next stay.

Fabulous cottage , very clean with everything you need. Angus is very welcoming and approachable. The location is perfect for central and north Peak District with lovely walks from the cottage up to the edge or into Chatsworth. One of our favourite holidays, we have visiting for more than 5 years.
