I absolutely loved staying here! I was just there for 2 nights and it was the perfect location. I enjoyed seeing the sheep and horses each day. Its close to trails a beautiful sights. The man (I didn't catch his name) and his dog were lovely. Come to Canada!

A very basic campsite with toilets and a tap. It has decent views and is usually very quiet. Do not expect five star service - you show up (walking up a few hundred metres from the car park), pitch up, and pay cash (£4 per person) in the morning. Ignore the salty 1* reviews from people who have messed with dry stone walls and/or camped not on the campsite and/or been surprised when asked to pay!

Stayed here when I was walking near Chatsworth. It’s an idyllic little spot about a 15 min walk from the road. Simple facilities, toilets and a large cold water sink. At £4 a night it’s still a bargain. The owners were friendly and accommodating and it’s reassuring to know campsites like this still exist 😊

My favourite campsite in the Peak District. Super cheap, never too busy, no cars as you cannot drive to the pitch, clean toilets, water, bins - all you need.
