Tideswell sits at the edge of the Peak District, close enough to Bakewell and Buxton for a day out, and surrounded by walking routes that lead straight into the hills. Warrington House occupies the centre of the village, near the pub and a restaurant, with a garden and terrace behind. It sleeps eight across four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over three floors, making it suitable for families or groups who need proper space rather than cosy quarters.
The ground floor contains two bedrooms—a double and twin beds—plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer opens from the entrance boot room, practical for dealing with muddy boots after a day outside. Upstairs, the first floor holds an open-plan living and kitchen area with seating for eight around a wooden table, a dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A king-size bedroom with ensuite is also on this floor. The top floor has a second king-size bedroom with ensuite shower. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; one dog can stay free. The property does not permit smoking.
