Whitehouse Farm Barn accommodates 14 people across six bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it a rare find for groups wanting to stay together. The conversion sits on its own within the Derbyshire Dales, adjacent to the owners' home, with views across the landscape and direct access to walking country—Ruby Wood, Hartington Meadows Nature Reserve and the Dales themselves are on the doorstep. A lawned garden with seating area and a bike store come as standard.
The ground floor holds a living room with Smart TV and an electric woodburner, plus a kitchen with full cooking facilities and a utility room with washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower. Upstairs, five further bedrooms offer a mix of kingsize and single beds, served by two bathrooms with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all covered. On-site parking takes five cars; an EV charging point is available by arrangement.
Hartington village, just over a mile away on foot, has pubs, cafés, shops and a cheese shop. Bakewell, Buxton and Matlock are each within 20 minutes' drive. The Peak District's walking and cycling trails start from the property itself. This is a family and friends' gathering space, not available for stag or hen parties.

Stopped on the Great Caravan Club CL next to the holiday accomodation. The site is very well kept with hard standing. Water & electric. Amazing views, great walks and cycling. The Waterloo pub is a short walk over the fields and access to the Tissington cycle track is a few hundred yards away.

We have just returned after a wonderful stay at Whitehouse Farm Barn. It is in a lovely peaceful location with beautiful views of the Derbyshire countryside. House had everything you could possibly need and rooms were all very comfortable. Would stay here again and 100% recommend it

We have had a fantastic family holiday at Whitehouse Farm Barn. The views are incredible and it is a great location for exploring the Peak District. The accommodation has plenty of space and bathrooms, and also a large garden which is great for kids. Highly recommended.

Very nice cottage for a few days away. Owner was very accommodating and clearly takes care of the cottage so that it is nice for visitors. There is a big kitchen with plenty of space to cook big meals if there are many of you staying. The living room is very spacious with the biggest sofa I've ever seen. I can't speak for the other rooms but the upstairs room I slept in with three single beds was very comfortable and had an en-suite bathroom with a good powerful shower and a bath. There is good sized grassy area outside which is great for sunny days. There are two beer garden style tables outside with umbrellas which were nice to sit at in the afternoon and early evening. Plenty of space for parking, I think we had five cars between us and there was still space for one more. The Wi-Fi is weak but that's not really the point of staying somewhere like this. The living room is a lovely room but I would say the lights in there were quite a harsh, jarring white and perhaps softer colour or shades would be nicer for enjoying the room in the evening.
