Campsite in Edale, Peak District, with shower facilities and direct access to walking and cycling routes.
About Upper Booth Farm Campsite
Upper Booth Farm Campsite sits in Edale, at the southern edge of the Peak District in the Hope Valley. The setting gives you immediate access to some of the area's best walking and cycling terrain, with routes leaving the campsite itself. The landscape here is upland moorland and valley floor, typical of this part of Derbyshire.
Facilities are straightforward and well-kept: showers, toilets and a cooking area. The staff are responsive and attentive to campers' needs. This is a working farm environment rather than a manicured holiday park, which shapes the experience. If you're coming to walk—the Pennine Way passes nearby—or cycle, or simply to base yourself in one of England's most popular outdoor destinations, the location and access make it useful. It is not a destination for luxury or entertainment; it is practical and well-run.

What visitors say
Absolutely lovely camping spot!! We were greeted by Duncan who was amazing helping us with our questions and showing us round! We also forgot our frying pan and he told us they had some we could buy in the shop, he made us feel safe and welcome! Facilities were very clean and tidy, biggest shower area I have seen in a while whilst camping! 10/10 would recommend, mostly for the friendly staff

We had a lovely stay at this campsite, the toilets were super clean and the pitching area was lovely with freshly cut grass with bins spotted everywhere! We also had a lovely bloke called Duncan who showed us around and helped us check in, during our stay we had a few questions and he was so quick to help us. He also told us how to get to the Jacob’s Ladder trail and was just overall incredibly helpful. Cheers Duncan :))

One of the best campsites in the Peak District. Great facilities, showers/toilets were very clean, there is a drying room and indoor area to sit if the weather is bad or too hot. The views of the hills are beautiful. Dan who manages the site was extremely helpful when I arrived at the campsite, and even helped me with my injured knee. Dan clearly cares about the site and the campers who visit, and works really hard to ensure the site is kept to high standards. I’m looking forward to visiting here again!

Great family friendly campsite with very good walks around. The place is clean and the staff are great especially Duncan who really helped us out in a very difficult situation. I'll definitely return and recommend this place wholeheartedly.
