About The Peppermill Town house Hotel and Restaurant
The Peppermill Town House Hotel and Restaurant occupies a town house on St John's Street in Devizes, a compact property with only seven rooms that gives it the feel of a small, personally run hotel rather than a large chain. The building's scale suits guests who prefer a quieter stay over sprawling corridors and anonymous check-ins, while still offering the practical touches of a proper hotel.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, along with free WiFi, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. There's a bridal suite too, which fits with the hotel's use as a wedding venue with meeting rooms and business services also on offer for other occasions. Guests can eat in the on-site restaurant or head to the bar, with breakfast included and drinks available in the room, and there's a garden with outdoor seating for warmer days. Practical extras include 24-hour reception, luggage storage and a laundry service.
The central Devizes location puts guests within reach of pubs, bars and restaurants nearby, and there's entertainment, golf and fishing in the surrounding area for those wanting to fill their days beyond the hotel itself.
