Abbotts Ball Farm Cottage
Wiltshire

Abbotts Ball Farm Cottage sits on the edge of Pottern village, part of a small holding and livery yard where you can see across open countryside towards Salisbury Plain. The setting is quiet and rural, yet the village pub is half a mile away, and a shop and post office are within easy reach on foot or by car.
The property is a semi-detached cottage attached to the farmhouse, giving you the whole place to yourself. Inside are three bedrooms—one single and two doubles—a bathroom with bath and shower, and a combined living and dining room. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and washing machine for preparing meals and laundry. Behind the cottage, a quarter-acre garden with seating areas looks out towards the plain, and there is private parking on site. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; heating is by oil-fired central system.
The cottage works well as a base for exploring the region. Stonehenge, Avebury and the National Trust village of Lacock are all roughly twenty minutes' drive away, while Bath, Salisbury and Longleat are within half an hour. The New Forest, Cotswolds and Glastonbury are about an hour away. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.

We are currently staying in this beautiful location. It is extremely comfortable and has everything anyone could ever need. It is very cold outside but it is toasty warm in here..A real country house in a perfect location for exploring the local area. Hazel our host occupies the adjoining property and is a delightful lady who has made us feel most welcome. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Hazel
