Little Willows

Little Willows is a handcrafted shepherd's hut on a three-acre garden in Potterne, near Devizes. You enter into a single open-plan room: a living area with a wood burner and smart TV facing a kingsize bed, with kitchen facilities (hob, microwave/oven, fridge) to one side. A shower room sits off the main space. Everything is on ground level except for a single step down to the bedroom area. Oak floorboards run throughout. Heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; initial logs for the burner are provided, with further supplies available from the owner.

The hut suits couples seeking a quiet retreat. The grounds contain lawns, a stream, and a sitting area with charcoal BBQ. Two cars can park on site. Devizes itself is a mile away—a market town with independent shops, the Wadworth Brewery, and access to the Kennet and Avon Canal's famous flight of locks. Bath, Salisbury, Longleat, Stonehenge and Avebury are all within thirty minutes' drive, as are the villages of Lacock and Castle Combe. Smoking is not permitted.
