Just returned from our break at Castle Brake. We stayed in a pod plus as a family of 4. It was perfect for us and we had a brilliant time. Staff were lovely, site is really well maintained and very peaceful. Great shop, clean hot showers, play park and forest walk trail, and passes for swimming at Ladram Bay also included. Thank you for a great stay we will definitely be back!

I’m literally stunned. The service here is amazing. We come into the room and I was genuinely shocked because it was so clean and inviting! We unfortunately had a broken pipe in our bathroom on our second day and we noticed it was leaking a bit but it wasn’t too much so we left it. We went out all day and we came back and they were so kind about it it was amazing- apparently it had started leaking like crazy when we were gone so they came and fixed it for us and gave us a refund for a whole night! Amazing customer service and it’s amazing overall because every time we interacted with the receptionist (a really kind lady) it was good - really welcoming and comforting atmosphere! Thanks for solving it so quickly and the room and everything is clean and great. Best customer service and more! Will be coming back! Lovely owners and staff.

Stayed in our camper van, the pitch was a good size and fully serviced. The facilities block with underfloor heating was one of the best we have used. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will go back

Had a couple of nights at this peaceful, well kept campsite. The staff are friendly and helpful and the amenities are up to date and kept nice and clean. The views across the River Exe are an added bonus.
