Garden View Cottage

Garden View Cottage comes ready for a self-catering stay: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, so you arrive to a functioning home rather than a list of things to sort. The kitchen has everything for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge—and a dining table in the same room. The living area has a wood burner for atmosphere, a Smart TV with Sky channels, and a separate conservatory that opens to the garden.

Two bedrooms sleep four: one with a zip-and-link king (convertible to singles), ensuite shower and heated towel rail upstairs; a second kingsize downstairs with a separate toilet. The real draw is outside—an enclosed garden with patio, barbecue, furniture and a private hot tub for four. Parking for two cars is on a shared drive, and an EV charging point is available. One dog can stay free. The cottage is one of three on the same site, each with private access, a few minutes from Woodbury Salterton in East Devon. Note that headroom is limited throughout. No smoking inside.
