What visitors say
We recently stayed at Crealy Resort and unfortunately came away quite disappointed with the overall experience. The biggest issue for us was that the theme park was only open for 1 day during our stay. In fairness, we should have checked the opening times more carefully before booking, but it still felt very misleading when booking a family resort stay. Once we realised the theme park wouldn’t be open for most of our trip, we contacted the resort to see if we could cancel the booking, especially considering there was apparently only one other booking on site at the time. However, we were told this wasn’t possible, which was frustrating given the circumstances and the cost of over £600! Another disappointment was the clubhouse. We were informed it would be open on the Thursday (We arrived on the Monday), only to then find out it had been closed because there were only 2 bookings on site. This left the resort feeling very quiet and lacking facilities for guests staying there. The only real positives from our stay were the lodge itself and the surrounding area. We booked a lodge with a hot tub, which was lovely and definitely the highlight of the accommodation. Also, the local area had plenty to do, which helped keep our youngster entertained despite the lack of on-site activities. Overall, the stay did not live up to expectations, and we left feeling disappointed with both the availability of facilities and the lack of flexibility from the resort.

The caravan park was lovely and clean, restaurant was ok. The actual theme park was a bit disappointing, the restaurants were so dirty. I had to use baby wipes to clean a table before we could sit down. Rides were manned in turn so a bit of hanging around.

Amazing! Couldn't fault it!! Stayed in a lodge (Beach House 3) exceptionally clean, equipped with everything you could think of - added extras were a nice touch (shampoo/conditioner, lotion and also got kitchen extras!) Hot tub checked twice a day, staff very friendly! Nothing overpriced. Evening entertainment was brilliant - something for everyone and that could be said for the rides too on the park! Enjoyed by all my children aged from 16yrs - 1yr! A few rides even had us adults screaming the whole way round! Thank you for having us! X

We stayed in the buddy lodges over the half term weekend. The accommodation was high end, although was showing signs of a bit of wear and tear but nothing major! We especially loved the hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and nice touches such as the painted rocks for the kids to collect. Entrance to the park is included and you can skip the entrance queues with your wristband. Would definitely recommend
