The setting is peaceful and genuinely rural, yet you're only ten minutes from the coast and family favourite Milky Way Adventure Park. Facilities are simple – expect showers, toilets and drinking water but no WiFi or chemical disposal – keeping the vibe low-key and back-to-basics.
Dogs are welcome, and the meadow's gentle, naturalistic feel suits families happy to unplug for a few nights. It's a solid, unpretentious base for exploring Bideford and the surrounding Devon countryside, especially if you value space, birdsong and the freedom to light a fire under the stars.

Such a wonderful stay! Perfectly located near renowned beaches, quaint woodlands and pubs full of character. The site is a beautiful meadow that's divided into different camping sections encircled by lovely hedges and wooden archways. This campsite offers beautifully kept communal spaces and the showers are lovely and hot! Dave even accommodated my horse which meant I could make use of the local bridleways, she had her own patch of grazing which was just perfect. I would highly recommend this campsite, by far one of the best I've stayed at.

A tranquil spot, excellent facilities and a very warm welcome from the host. If you are visiting Clovelly or Westward Ho! this is a great location to stay. We used it as a base whilst walking sections of the SW Coast Path.

Brilliant stay at this campsite, lovely location, very clean and tidy with nice pitches. Dave was very friendly and always happy to help out. Couldn't recommend enough!

Beautiful wild and eco campsite with composting toilets and running water, close to lots of fabulous beaches. We so enjoyed watching the barn owls fly around at dusk, and amazing views of the milky way and shooting stars at night.
