Church View Apartment

Church View Apartment comes ready for a stay. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so you can cook or keep things simple. Initial fuel for the wood burner is provided. There is parking for one car on site.

The apartment sleeps four across one double bedroom and a second living room with a sofa bed. You get a shower room, a separate toilet, and two living spaces — one with a wood burner and patio doors opening to a raised terrace with countryside views, the other with another wood burner and seating. The kitchen also opens onto the terrace. All rooms are on the first floor, accessed via 13 steps through the garden and an ornate spiral staircase. An enclosed back garden is shared with the owner and furnished with seating.

Parkham sits in rolling North Devon countryside. The apartment does not permit smoking.
