Beautiful little spot for camping!! Immaculately kept camping grounds, with electric hook up. Spacious plots, quite private. Basic but adequate facilities. One shower, 3 toilets, laundry room, washing up sinks and dump station. Owner was very friendly and informative. There is a busy road nearby, so maybe take earplugs, which we did and slept very well. Walkable to pub, bus stop, train station and ferry. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Lovely location without doubt. The site owner was helpful and knowledgeable.Close to Starcross and the local pub. Pricey, which obviously was aware of, but disappointed with facilities, 1shower room, unclean and small, 2 other toilets. A laundry room we did not use The cost to shower was £1.0 for 7 mins, wifi was £5.00. No warm water at washing up sinks which were unclean. At £86.00 for 2 night for 2people +1 small dog I was expecting the facilities to be a little more up market

Nice small site. Well maintained, warm welcome. However we were in first row to the left, lots of road noise. Also only 1 male and 1 female showers, which cost £1 00 a go. 4 toilets.

Such a beautiful campsite. With clean ablutions. Three loos, but only one shower. I was surprised that there’s a charge for the single shower (given the charge per night) costing £1 per 7min. All ablutions are clean and not too far away from the camp site. Lovely well kept grassy lawns and a beautiful view. Sites are spacious and some are adjoining a stream. Unfortunately what would be a wonderful peaceful experience is often interrupted by the loud sound of passing road traffic from the road - where cars / trucks go speeding by. There’s also a train station nearby - and although I never heard the trains, I would often hear the trains “hoot” when passing through the station. Such a pity the noise detracts from what would be an amazing site. The gentleman who greeted us upon entry was friendly and informative.
