What a fantastic holiday, everything is so well thought out, from free lockers at swimming to the hour long kids club to entertain them during bingo. Kids entertainment throughout the day lead into a fantastic evening of entertainment from the team, i can not praise the entertainment team enough for the live shows every night. Lots of variety across the week all brilliantly performed Caravans are well presented and in a lovely setting

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Welcome Family Holiday Park and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the experience stood out. A special mention must go to Mark Price, the Head of Entertainment, who was exceptional. On our first night, he personally welcomed everyone, shared the story of the site, and immediately created a warm, inclusive atmosphere. It set the tone for the entire stay. The entertainment programme he put together was outstanding—well organised, engaging, and clearly designed with families in mind. Both of our children loved every moment. There was always something for them to do, and they were genuinely excited each day about what was coming next. The caravans were truly 5-star—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire site was spotless and clearly looked after with care. Finally, the staff across the park were consistently excellent—friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish. We will definitely be returning. KR James (Big Tex) ;)

All staff are exempraly,from reception right through to wardens.My Mother uses a mobility scooter and my lovely wife uses an electric wheelchair.Everwhere on sight is flat and mostly accessable for disabled people.We booked on the off chance,a week before coming.Now the booking is outsourced.You can't book direct! Check your accommodation is suitable for your needs.Some accommodation have ramps,these are a bit pricey,all depends on what time of year you book.Recepction staff are amazing.We were put in an unsuitable bungalow they gave us the opportunity of two suitable bungalows.Just to say some wheelchair users may have difficulty in these bungalows.Its best to have a large caravan.Make sure you make your needs clear when you book.And check near your holiday date.Sticky point some beds are very low,these are to be phased out.The site has been a very long time and is a bit tired,but has a fantastic track record.If you can forgive the park for that you will have a great time.Great beach near by,take your time to enjoy the near by shopping and other aminatees,tricky getting to the beach,in a wheelchair or for elderly or disabled people in general.But take your time , well worth it.Amazing on site entertainment every day and night.Mr Mark price is with his weight in gold!!!

Second time coming here and absolutely love it definitely will go again had so much improvement since the first time going in 2024 so many things to do around the area aswell. They really have put allot of effort into the park and have really good entertainment in the evenings aswell. Had one of the most basic caravans available and even know it was a older van was spotlessly clean and perfectly comfortable only thing I would say has some electric heaters and a gas fire was slightly cold compared to newer vans iv been away in
