Expensive rates nearly £8000 a year. Poor aervice to owners. No facilities, pools closed all year, grass almost never cut although strimmers whine disturbing the peace on empty plots. Destructive and illegal unnecessary harsh road ramps damaging vehicles. Waste of time dozen items sometimes in "shop". Promise much deliver little. Another site half a mile away has a tiny plunge pool and tiny exercise toom and bar, 2 soft drinks about £8. Last year said was quiet site for grandparents but pool closed by the time you return, last swim was 4.15. First 10am. Closed 1-2. Now filled in. Not recommended except for location.

We stayed in the Sea Wagon B55, there is a musty smell that just wouldn't go away. We booked this on the13th June and arrived on18th, just 5 days before arriving. To be told after taking our money that some of the faciities would not be available. Well when we arrived, there are no facilities, being demolished! Sorry you must have know this! We were told we could use facilities a Riviera camp, about 1/4 mile away down country lane (no lights). The so called pool (swim lane was locked), no restaurant (unless you call microwave jacket potato/pizza a restaurant meal?). Not so good, very disappointed.

Stayed there July 2024, awful place caravan under trees filthy outside filthy inside patio door full of dog snot, crockery dirty and covered in dust. Staff in bar was pure ignorant and the ping ping food sent back. Full of caravan owners who were to say the least awful. Never again. Avoid
