Our first time visit, which was a last minute getaway. We were in Caravan 39, it was very clean on arrival and we appreciated the necessities provided which included a toilet roll, bin liner, sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, soap, shampoo and a tea towel, thank you. From this base, we visited Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot etc, all within an easy drive. With a few tweaks, this would have been 5 out of 5. We could see the sea, but our caravan, 39 and also 40 had a lovely row of industrial dustbins Infront of our main view from the lounge and from the decking. It sort of ruined the romance of sitting outside to watch the sunset and then people walking by within 3 feet with all their rubbish 🫤 Possibly they could go somewhere else on site or be screened off with fencing? Also, hooks are badly needed, especially in the bathroom. Putting things on the loo seat ready for after your shower is not very hygienic. A couple of hooks on the back of the door would resolve that. We've stayed in many Hoseasons properties for 25 odd years now and this is the first one we've stayed at that hasn't supplied a fan ☹️ We noticed in the welcome book that towels and a hairdryer are available to hire, but not a fan. So we had to go out and buy one. There was no oven glove, so 2 tea towels were needed, and a 2nd oven shelf would be useful for anyone cooking more than 1 item. The overall stay was great, the ladies on reception were lovely, and the walk into Brixham was stunning. The tweeks would just make it so much better!

Our second visit to discover Brixham and the Torbay area, room really clean and the perfect location. Staff all very friendly and helpful in all areas. Special mention for Sarah in reception an outstanding member of the team from start to finish, along with her colleague Vicky the two most cheerful ladies you could wish to meet.

Stayed in a basic 1 bedroom chalet, had twin beds. Small, clean perfectly set up for self catering. No plug sockets in bedroom, so if u need overnight charging bring an extension lead. Closet socket is about 4 meters away. Not far from.Brixham.harboir about 20 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car. Parking available on site, first come first served, but I always had something not far feom the chalet.
