Just outside Okehampton, this small, family-friendly site offers a handful of grass pitches (non-electric, naturally) alongside wooden eco pods and ensuite cabins for those wanting something a little more solid overhead. The facilities are simple but clean — showers, toilets, drinking water — and the 4.9 Google rating speaks to the welcoming atmosphere and well-kept grounds.
Note that dogs aren't permitted, so leave four-legged friends at home. There's no WiFi either, which some will see as a feature rather than a drawback. Fantastic campsite with great amenities. Very reasonably priced with a friendly welcome and support. The site also boasts yurts and lodges for those who don't want to skeeo under canvas. A communal firepit is great fun and also a pizza oven event when demand is high enough.

We recently stayed for two nights at this amazing farm with a group of 3 other families, and it was a truly memorable experience. Each family had their own pod with separate kitchen, toilet and shower facilities, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The pods and cabins were beautifully decorated, with so much thoughtful attention to detail. The farm itself is stunning, with plenty of green space where the kids had a blast playing cricket. Evenings by the fireplace were cozy and relaxing, and we absolutely loved stargazing under the clear night sky. Phil and Sarah, the owners, are some of the warmest and friendliest people we’ve met. They were kind enough to take us around the farm, answer all our curious questions, and even share the lovely history behind the place. The animals were a delight—very friendly and clearly well cared for. We all had such a wonderful time and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and unique farm stay experience!

We arrived and was greeted by Phil who showed us to our cabin for the week! It was beautiful and the views are stunning. It’s peaceful enough to recharge your soul! Waking up every morning to wonderful views and having breakfast outside was lovely. Our daughter took a shine to the sheep and to the owners! We absolutely loved staying here so much we booked for next year before we left this holiday! The owners sera and Phil make you feel so welcomed and comfortable it adds to the holiday.

We absolutely adore this place !! Phil and Sera are amazing kind hosts. It's also lovely to meet all the animal. We've stayed year after year and always have the warmest welcome. We stayed this year in the yurt bodmin. It was immaculately clean and so warm and cosy with stunning veiws. The kitchen and toilets are always so clean and come well equipped. We feel this is our favourite place to stay with 3 young children. It's lovely for them to run and play. Meet the animals and enjoy the outdoor. We would recommend oak tree lane to everyone it's a hidden gem. And we love it 😍 Pizza night ways also amazing and delicious 😋
