I stayed here for one night while walking the South West Coast Path. Just me and my tent. I had initially booked the Pippin pitch but as a new pitch and the recent heatwaves the grass hasn’t taken - but that was no problem! Jerry was really accommodating and let me pitch up amongst the trees at the top of the orchard which was just bliss! The orientation of the orchard meant the sunset was heavenly, and lots of birds in the morning enjoying the vibes! The kitchen facilities were great and a good spot to set up my gas stove as I didn’t want to set it up amongst the dry flammable grass. They provided a bunch of cleaning up liquid and washing tablets for clothes for the washing machine. All in all wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a brilliant four night stay in one of the Hen's Dens. The site is easy to get to in a car off the main road, with a private bathroom and kitchen area which was also super clean. We enjoyed how peaceful the whole site was, and it's easy to access the coastal path for some beautiful walking (go up the hill to reach a footpath by the postbox, which connects over the field to it!). Thank you to Jerry (the site owner) for quick help and replies, and being so friendly.

2 nights camping amongst the orchards to celebrate a friends surprise 60th. Jerry could not have been more helpful, wanting the celebrations to be a success. Lovely site with clean facilities and lots of additional nice touches, kitchen area with kettle etc. Easy walk to Maidencombe Beach and cafe and the Coast Path- would recommend

Lovely little spot set within beautiful orchard trees. We had a big Campervan and access was good. We met jerry who was very friendly and facilities were kept nice and clean. Decent pub with good food 20 min walk away. Would recommend!
