About Well Farm
Tucked into a peaceful paddock on a working farm where Devon and Cornwall meet, Well Farm offers luxury glamping pods with a view over the Tamar Valley. Each curved pod comes with an ensuite bathroom, outdoor terrace with gas barbecue and hob, plus a bubbling hot tub for soaking under big Westcountry skies. Inside you'll find a microwave, toaster, TV and DVD player for cosy evenings in, while outside there's a nest swing, wooden fort playground and games room to keep younger adventurers occupied.
The River Tamar is just a short walk away, and you're ten minutes from shops and pubs in Whitstone and Holsworthy. Campfires are allowed, adding to the escape-from-it-all feel, though the site's small scale (just a handful of pitches) means booking ahead is wise. Note that dogs aren't permitted here, so leave four-legged friends at home.

We stayed at this lovely cottage for 4 nights with family and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a countryside getaway. The views of the surrounding area were absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful atmosphere made it very relaxing. The host and owner were truly amazing—so welcoming, helpful, and friendly, which really made our stay special. We also loved the little touches of countryside life, like the pet pig and chickens, which the kids especially enjoyed. A couple of small things could be improved: the hot water supply needs some attention, and it would be great to have a few more EV charging points for convenience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing countryside stay.

Had a lovely stay back in January 2022 in the camping pods. Good size living space, nice view and an adjacent pod with toilet and wash facilities. Was supplied with a hot tub, barbecue and hammock to enjoy our stay. Would reccomend if you're looking for a value holiday not far from popular Bude town.

Back again 😊 and didnt think it could be improved but it has. Wifi updated. Cottage well equipped, comfortable, clean and welcoming. There was 15 of us in 3 cottages with range of ages and we all had a fantastic time. Location is very rural and peaceful. Family extremely friendly. And it was great to see Rhubarb and Raspberry again. Thank you for allowing us to stay and i would highly recommend.

We stayed in Cider Cottage which literally had everything you could possibly need, a real home from home. The owners were away sadly so never got to meet them but Clare was so helpful online beforehand. Clare’s parents were at the helm in their absence & were absolutely fantastic hosts. We had an absolutely brilliant stay. The location is perfect for a base for discovering Cornwall as it’s not too remote so within a few minutes you can be on a main road (as “main” as Cornwall gets!). We have booked for 2024 before leaving as we can’t wait to return. 100% recommendation. There is nothing not to love, however as there were no glampers it would have been wonderful to have been able to use the hot tub.
