Millers Rest is a single-storey cottage at Well Farm, set among farmland on the North Cornwall and Devon border. The property is yours alone, with direct access to a small rear garden and courtyard, plus use of the 2-acre grounds shared with other holiday lets—including a children's play area and space to explore the working farm itself. The Tamar Valley location means the river that borders the property is within walking distance, and the upper Bude Canal is accessible on foot.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize and single in one room, two singles in another, and a single in the third. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and a separate cubicle shower. Everything happens on the ground floor, with the living and dining area, kitchen, and bedrooms all at the same level. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There is parking for two cars on site, and an electric vehicle charging point is available at cost.

The surrounding countryside offers walking trails, and the area is close to surf beaches, fishing spots and golf courses. Travel cots, a highchair and stairgate are available for younger children. The property does not permit smoking.
