Stayed here Friday night with my ESU, Who were on their Silver DofE training session. We had an entire field to ourselves with X2 portaloos and a drinking water tap in the field. - There were other toilets available onsite. I believe there were showers but we didn’t use them as only stayed over night, with an early departure. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. - We will definitely be staying here again for future DofE sessions. Yes we could hear the trains running throughout the night, but it didn’t bother us. If you’re a super light sleeper then definitely don’t stay in this field. Otherwise we loved it here.

Strange place! Large, flat camping field, owner friendly, showers hot. Situated in a lovely village with nice looking pub. Other than that, not great 🫤. Showers and loos are very far from the camp field. Shower room not clean. Portaloos nearer but a bit yucky. Noisy neighbours partying til gone midnight. Wouldn't stay again.
