What visitors say
Went here multiple times throughout my life. For most of the part, there wasn't any concerns from me about the seating options but sometimes, not always, there's some staff which just sometimes forget others exist or just enter a room and watch a part of a movie thinking noone sees them. Never really bought any food here so I have no opinion on it. I also recently went here for the Billie Eilish movie where I thought I bought it in 3D but staff calmly and respectfully told me that I've bought the normal version, which at first got me disappointed (I know that it was my fault for not double checking) but even though it wasn't 3D, I still enjoyed the movie! So yeah, my main concern is that staff sometimes ignore you and staff just randomly walk into movies to watch parts of them (even saw one do it multiple times).

No option for ZERO stars - Rude staff who failed to let a 15 year old to see a movie due to no ID, even though he was with his father. Update - Vue response. What context are you writing ‘enjoying a glass of wine’ Unless you are condoning underage drinking at your premises. Also the comment of hoping ‘we’ enjoyed the film, you refused entry to the film and we had a refund. I’ll be making a complaint to Customers Services based on your reply

They really do let anyone in… made it 30 minutes through Backrooms before leaving. I’ve been keen to see this since the trailer came out. But no, over 10 little youts throwing M&Ms at the screen, all talking and so on. Won’t be back 👍🏼

My go to cinema , its the cleanest vue ive ever been to , used to like cineworld but Doncaster is better , easy ticket/ seats booking online always donate to their hospital cinema charity for very ill children . beverages are extremely extortionately over priced . so best to eat at one of the resaurants before your film or after . Seats are comfy & tickets are fairly priced ample free parking so choose your film & enjoy .
