Wareham is a market town with Saxon roots, positioned between the Purbeck hills and the coast. Simkin sits within walking distance of its centre, making it a practical base for exploring this part of Dorset. The surrounding area holds Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove and Kimmeridge Bay within reach; the Dorset Coastal Path runs nearby for longer walks, and sandy beaches at Studland and Swanage are a short drive away.

This is a single-storey property sleeping four across two bedrooms—one double, one with two singles. The bathroom has a bath and separate toilet. A living and dining room with an open fire opens onto a large garden, where there is also private parking. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge and washing machine for self-catering. Electricity is included, along with fuel for the fire. No smoking throughout.

One well-behaved pet is welcome. The pub is within a mile on foot.
