White Sands Cottage

White Sands Cottage is a recently refurbished bungalow where everything sits on one level. You walk into a bright, open-plan space that combines kitchen, dining and living areas, giving the place an immediate sense of light and air. Two double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed) and a modern shower room complete the layout. The kitchen is set up for proper cooking rather than holiday shortcuts—there's an oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer—while Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. A courtyard at the front is handy for sitting out, and parking for two cars is on site. No smoking throughout. Children under three are not accommodated.

Weymouth's beaches and the Jurassic Coast lie within easy reach. The harbour with its seafood restaurants and boat trips to the coast is nearby, as are South West Coast Path walks with their cliffs and coves. The Isle of Portland, known for its lighthouse and watersports, is close by. Inland, the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers quieter trails through villages and countryside.
