This is the first we have visited the bar since the renovation. Love the decor and overall atmosphere. The wine was great as always. Very friendly service. Met Derek, who was an absolute pleasure to talk to and very professional. Such a pleasant young man and a credit to The Best Western.

Cha and the rest of the staff were all very attentive and friendly, they even helped us with celebrating our anniversary, plus having Lucy May live singing was wonderful
