What visitors say
We stayed in a Caravan here from the 20th-24th July. Overall accommodation was good and the site was very quiet (no big club house here). Use of the swimming pool is included in the cost of your holiday and I was impressed at how clean it was. Its kinda in the middle of nowhere so having a car is a must. We didnt spend alot of time on site as we used where we were staying a base to explore Kent. Margate, Folkstone, Broadstairs and Herne Bay are all about 40 min drive away and were all worth a visit.

Tracey in receptionist was excellent and offered 1st class service. Maria (Head Housekeeper) was also excellent a hairdryer in the lodge was missing she came round made sure everything was ok and promptly came round with a new one. Nothing was too much trouble. First class. We will be returning next July. Thank you. Have a great summer from the Isaacs family x

The site was tidy and quiet and the location was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities and activities were great with plenty to do and the kids loved the evening entertainment. The Lodge we stayed in was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed, comfortable and spacious.

Booked a gold caravan last minute for the weekend. Didn't arrive until 9:30pm but a very helpful security guard checked us in. The caravan was clean and tidy, and even though it was right opposite the clubhouse there was no noise at night. There was no allocated parking for the caravan but we got parked close to it every time we returned. The site is small so the clubhouse is a fraction of the size of other Parkdean sites we have been to, but the entertainment team are friendly and helpful and the singer who performed on Saturday evening was great. The pool facilities are also good - they do adults only swimming before 10am each day, although the jacuzzi was not working during our visit.
