The screens themselves are very good value for money, including tables, reclining function, drinks holders, and ample space between other chairs. However, the service at the tills is just ridiculously slow – the staff are not optimally placed to deal with customers. Lots of staff standing round when customers are queued up waiting for food, for example. I would arrive about 30 mins before screening time to account for this, as it is almost always a very large delay.

Such a decent odeon luxe! It hosts various screens and the interior work is great. The seats are comfy (full recliners!) and they are spaced out too. A word of advice for people seeing films in screen 5, there’s a gate/bar which blocks part of the screen at the bottom. (Not the fault of any of the staff of course!) so id recommend sitting in rows C and backwards so you can see the full screen :) The staff are really friendly and welcoming too 😁🤍

This place is amazing. You really couldn't ask for more. Food and snacks are great, seats are great, isense screen is gorgeous, ice cream, drinks, BUTTERED POPCORN! and margaritas!

I got scammed i got mints and skittles and i payed 20 but i got 5 pounds and 50 p back sorry how does that cost 14 pounds this is a huge scam i check everywhere if i drop it but i didn’t wow that’s like 3 pounds for both at a shop if you can can you give me a refund maybe next time don’t scam people i payed with cash i was too busy doing stuff unfortunately i don’t have prove how does mints and skittles cost 14.50 by the way maybe fire the worker i was watching goat at screen 5 got there at 2.05 pm or more i was with my mum and brother i mean this is for everyone make sure you check your cash before you go in the cinema this is probably happened to a lot of people without a refund that worker must do better at her job plus she was speaking so quietly and there was loud noise i want a refund but it was to late i couldn’t check in the dark
