I stayed at Hotel Indigo Dundee for two nights on a work trip and had a very good experience. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and the rooms were clean and welcoming. The highlight of my stay was Pauline at breakfast. Every morning she greeted guests with a huge smile and such positive energy that it genuinely made my day. Her warm welcome and friendly service created a wonderful start to each morning and made me feel truly looked after. Thank you, Pauline, for going above and beyond. Team members like you make all the difference. I would happily stay here again when I'm next in Dundee.

Decent hotel with good breakfast. The staff are very nice. Impossible to get parked. I reckon hotel should try and buy some land or warehouse near by and make it a car park for guests. As it stands i estimate parking it has covers 20% of guests. Slight niggle. If they want to be classified as 4 star then fridge as a minimum should have complimentary water. It was totally empty. In contrast holiday inn east kilbride (4 star) we stayed night before which is also ihg hotel had 4 cans, two kitkats and 2 packets of crisps complementary. Why difference if both 4 star.

The room was great. The staff were nice and polite, although not always able to help. For an entire evening, nobody answered calls to reception, which was a bit surprising. There were also no hotel slippers, and when we asked, no alternatives were offered. That said, we did enjoy the food. Dinner at the hotel was very nice. At breakfast, items were not always refilled if you arrived later in the morning, but overall it wasn’t bad. I would say it’s a nice hotel, and if I’m ever back in Dundee, I would stay there again. That said, there is definitely room for improvement.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay was highly disappointing due to a complete lack of customer service and basic hospitality. Room issues left ignored: The bathroom extractor fan was completely broken. I reported it to the reception, but they did absolutely nothing to fix it. Disappointing breakfast: We ordered a Full Scottish breakfast to our room, but it arrived incomplete—missing both the toast and the baked beans. On top of that, it was completely unseasoned. Deposit nightmare: It has been a week since we checked out, and I still have not received my deposit back. The staff here act like robots. There is no personal approach to the guest, and zero basic politeness. Save your money and do not stay here
