I've stayed here twice, once late October 2022, and again in late January 2023, as I was attending a Coach Course at the Sports Centre nearby. The accomodation is lovely, really well kept and pleasant to visit! The beds were really comfy, the rooms the perfect temperature and the bathrooms incredibly clean. Margaret was a great host, very friendly and welcoming, who upgraded me (the second time) to a double room (instead of single) for no extra cost! The food was good, and very easy to access at all times. Definitely worth the money! I've recommended this to a number of friends for if they ever visit Dundee, and will continue to do so!

Great reception with all the information I needed for the short stay. On one of the main bus routes into town or 20minite walk. Nice tidy room with comfortable and homely room.

Booked two rooms for ourselves and my parents. Made very welcome by Aerial who showed us to our rooms and called a taxi for us. Rooms were very comfortable, fresh and clean. Breakfast, a great selection of healthy food. I would highly recommend. We will definitely visit Aerial, Margaret & Roger again.
