“You only get one chance to make a first impression” The pool facilities are excellent. Perfect for family and friends. Arrived at the pool around “10 ish” and kids were very excited and leaping around between pools assisted by responsible adults. Staff were vigelant, and mostly polite, except one particular staff member tasked with supervising the Early Year swimming pool. We were rather shocked and less than impressed by their absence of interpersonal skills or emotional intelligence. We understand that safeguarding is a must, but the way they communicated to our group could be much improved. We were shocked by their comments, which were perceived as rude and degrading. A great experience was tarnished by one individual’s conduct.

A great pool facility with fun slides, wave machine and lazy river! It is a very busy pool which is fantastic although we found the water temperature quite cold and the lifeguards and staff quite rude at times which made us feel uncomfortable when doing nothing, however it is their job to look after us in the event of the inevitable. Great showers, locker rooms and bathrooms though and very clean. Overall would return as the admission price was very reasonable (we would love even more if there was a sauna or jacuzzi!).

Regularly come to this pool from Aberdeen as we sadly don't have a leisure pool anymore . Dundee is great with slides/wave machine and an area for younger kids too. Cafe is nice too - soups /sandwiches amd toasties very nice! Car park is tight if you have a bigger car fyi

First time swimming here and definitely won’t be our last! The swimming pool has a variety of different areas you can go to and is huge in size! You are given a colour when you enter to change at and when it’s called it’s your time to leave (ideal when you’ve got kids as they can’t argue they don’t want to leave) Kids pool is really good, nothing like that where we live! Only let down was there a few showers not working and same with the hair dryers but that’s not the reason you go to the pool so can’t really complain!
