Dundee's waterfront museums, galleries and the V&A are all within reach on foot from Tay View Apartment. The beaches at Broughty Ferry lie three miles away, and the wider Angus coast is easy to explore by car. The apartment itself occupies the second floor of a building on Shaftesbury Terrace, close enough to the city centre to be convenient but far enough to feel quiet.

Three bedrooms sleep six: two have zip-and-link kingsize beds that can be split into twins, and one has a fixed kingsize. The main bathroom includes both a bath and separate shower cubicle, while the master bedroom has its own ensuite with shower. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining area with Freeview TV, and a separate kitchen equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. There is on-road parking and access to a shared garden. The apartment is non-smoking.
