After a severely delayed journey from England to Dundee, I was thrilled to arrive at Aabalree Guest House. I arrived at midnight, but the key had been left out for me so I could check in by myself. There’s lovely decorations through out, clean premises and delicious breakfast which I can heartedly recommend 😊 I didn’t get to meet Maggie, but Peach made me feel very welcome and you could tell how much he loves Dundee. Overall just a great place, will tell my friends about it ✌️🌸

Lovely guest house, home from home feeling. Central location, right near the Discovery and V&A. Breakfast delicious! Hosts are so friendly! Family room is really spacious and plenty of toys and books to keep the children entertained which is a nice touch.

The perfect place to spend the night or 2 weeks. John and Linda Bell are the perfect hosts. Aabalree Guest House is set in the heart of downtown Dundee just minutes from all of the great attractions. Clean rooms and hot showers. And make sure to ask for Linda's waffles. You won't regret it.

Very nice and clean place. Easy self check in and check out. Location is top notch with lots of restaurants around. The owner is so nice. Price is lot cheaper than nearby hotels , so for people who travel alone this is the best option. My rating is five stars for sure.
